The Spa/Salon Manager provides Salon Software and Spa Management Software
Spa/Salon Manager software was designed with simplicity in mind. This easy-to-use salon software features an appointment book screen that you customize to your salon or spa's needs. You can book appointments quickly and easily and the system will automatically find available times if more than one service or technician is required. It also allows you to enter standing appointments, offers a waiting list, does confirming, prints schedules, and shows the day's statistics so that your front desk knows the "who, what and where" of the day's schedule. There is also an intercom feature for the staff to leave messages to others thereby alleviating all those little notes that clutter the work area and always seem to get lost. The Spa/Salon Manager will also do group bookings, ie: when a business or client wants to book several people for a day at the spa or salon. The system will find and book each person and their service thus ensuring that all in the party are scheduled at the right time and with the right technician. The program provides point-of-sale functions including customer check-in and check-out, tracks gift certificates, pay-ins and pay-outs. It will track all client information including service and retail history, and client formulas.
